Is it impolite to ask a Haitian woman for her phone number?

Is it impolite to ask too ask this extremely beautiful Haitian woman for her number she is very nice and would like too talk with her more?

This question was reader submitted. Click here to send us your Creole translation and pronunciation questions. Don’t forget you can search our website for phrases we’ve already posted.

Our response:

It’s important to get to know her first. To ask for a number without being on friendly terms will seem creepy to any woman. Take some time to talk to her, hanging around in a non-threatening situation.

If she is comfortable with your attention, asking for her number will be a natural next step. Then you can connect with her through WhatsApp. Texting is a national obsession in Haiti.

Just be careful of jealous boyfriends!

Thanks for the question.
