Mwen sonje nou anpil e renmen ou anpil. Mwen ta renmen konnen kijan nou ye avek lekòl la.
I miss miss you and love you so much. I’d like to know how school is going.

Eske nou toujou jwe baskèt? Mwen di David anpil mesi pou lèt la avek desin an.
Do you still play basketbal? I say many thanks to David for the letter and the drawling.

Mwen mande Esther si li toujou kwit manje.
Ask Esther if she still cooks.

Mwen priye pou nou. Sonje bondye renmen nou anpil.
I pray for you. Remember that God loves you so much.

Mwen priye bondye ban mwen chans tounen Ayiti visite nou ankò.
I pray that God will give me the chance to return to Haiti to visit you.
