The rock in water does not understand the suffering of the rock in the sun.

That means

Moun ki pap travay sel vle gaspiye tout sa li jwenn
The person who doesn’t work and only wastes all he finds

paske li pa konnnen koman yon lot travay fè kob sa
Because he does not know how others work to make that money

oubyen fè byen sa ki mizè moun sa te pase ki imilyasyon
Or make good on that person”s suffering and humiliation

li te pran pou li genyen tout sa men yon lot sel vini gaspiye
he took to gain all that but the other (person) only comes to waste
